Vertical Rotary EtcherThe Most Precise Etcher Made Exclusive action of TALUS Vertical Rotary Etchers produces unmatched precision etching. They are capable of etching 1 mil lines with 1 mil spaces on one-ounce copper. This unique capability suits VR Etchers, and is ideally to the production of close tolerance printed circuit boards, precision chemically milled parts, and other critical work.
Eccentric Rotation and 900 Spray Make the Difference Uneven breaking and subsequent rejects are minimized with the VR Etchers. Part of the secret is a circular work rack which rotates 360 degrees on an eccentric cam drive. This movement combined with overlapping spray and tixed spray heads gives uniform etching of the work piece, corner to corner

- Rotating work surface on an eccentric cam. Result: Uniform etch and even breaks.
- Fixed 9Q0 spray heads create a direct impingement. Result fast, precise etching; high etch factor
- Titanium encased temperature sensor and automatic thermostat maintain desired etchant temperature, eliminating probe damage and over-heating.
- Pump motors are totally enclosed and pumps are corrosion proof.
- Removable work rack. The capacity of each model can be expanded for less critical work by removing the work rack and hanging a board vertically in the etcher
- Standard rinse chamber on TVE-1818 etcher Spray nozzles in the rinse chamber deliver fresh rinse water to clean the board after it is removed from the chamber
- Exclusive construction: Etch chambers are made of ½ inch PVC. All joints are mitered and heat welded no leakage, no warpage. Interior metal parts are corrosion-resistant titanium.
