Talus Multi-Stage Vertical Rotary Etcher

The TMS-VRE is a specialized spray etching machine intended for precision etching. This etcher is capable of running two or more unique chemical etch cycles, each with a rinse cycle, without operator interface. The operator simply places the batch into a custom made work fixture and places the work fixture into the etch chamber. Then selects the etch and rinse times and starts the machine. The etcher will run through etch and rinse cycles and signal when process is complete.

The TMS-VRE can heat all or any of the chemical solutions as needed. The unique rinse and forced air systems assure that each chemical is completely removed before starting the next cycle. This allows the etcher to be used with any combination of allowed acids and bases. Chemicals are stored and pumped from sealed carboys eliminating the need for messy and dangerous poring and mixing. This specialized etcher may even be fitted with an air drying system to complete the process.
