Talus Flux Removal System

[ Technical Specifications ]

Flux RMS

The Talus flux removal system is a conveyorized unit designed specifically for the removal of flux residues from roll tinning, infrared fusing and hot air leveling of printed circuit boards. The system features dual process chambers, each with its own upper and lower rotary brushes. Water from the second sump counterflows to the first sump to provide low water consumption. Optional heat for either or both of the sumps can provide a wide range of adaptability to various cleaning solutions. A separate chamber for foam collection and drainage reduces most solution foaming problems. After cleaning the panel passes through a first water rinse station and two sets of squeegee rolls before passing into the dryer. Included in the TFR system is the Talus Turbo Dryer with heated air to insure a dry panel after processing.
