The Gyrex Microline® Roller Coating Systems are configured to maximize the efficiency and reduce the cost of coating and drying planar substrates with photoresist or other liquid emulsions or solutions.

The Microline System provides for precise control of all phases of the coating and drying process. The system’s integrated components and design lend themselves to trouble-free operation and convenient servicing. Applications of the Microline system are currently found in association with fine line PCB’s (1 mu and under), LCD’s, back or front coating of silicon wafers, chemical milling and other operations where thin uniform coatings are required.

The basic Microline System is composed of three separate assemblies and the RPF (recirculation-pump-filtration) unit. The assemblies are: Microcoater, Leveling Conveyor and Microdryer. Each is available separately, enabling the user to add new capabilities quickly and easily.
