Leveling Conveyor

The Gyrex Leveling Conveyor provides an interconnection between the Gyrex Microcoater and the Gyrex Microdryer, which allows liquid photoresists the time to flow and level for optimum uniformity of coating thickness before the flash infrared cure.

Micro Leveling Conveyors are available in three models:

Model 90	For Substrates up to 9" wide
Model 451	For Substrates up to 16" wide
Model 651	For Substrates up to 24" wide

Leveling action is obtained on the covered conveyor, reducing potential contamination by foreign particles, yet permitting visual inspection through the transparent, solvent safe window section.

Driven by a timing belt coupled to the Microdryer, the Leveling Conveyor can also be utilized as an inspection/access conveyor for additional in-line processing steps. Multiples of conveyors can be used between the Microcoater and Microdryer if more leveling time (greater length) is required.
