The Gyrex Silverthin combines vertical & horizontal technologies to produce horizontal SMD quad pack performance at 20% of the installed and operating costs associated with horizontal technologies.

The Silverthin delivers the highest available quality surface mount thickness and uniformity across the board, front to rear, top to bottom . Consistent real-world production rates of 100 panels per hour (24" x 24", up to .125" thick) are obtained, with a minimum 95% one pass yield. Thruput increases with smaller sized panels.

Performance enhancements produce daily savings of up to 50% in solder, flux and waste by-products. Extremely low maintenance and spare parts usage further reduce the operating overhead.

The vertically-oriented Silverthin requires only 100 square feet of floor space, and can be producing results within one day of delivery. Compare to a typical energy-hungry horizontal system, which consumes major floor space and requires considerable facilities support.
