Model 220 Double Sided Roller Coater

The 220 Double Sided Roller Coater offers rapid double sided, single pass application of most photoresists. The system coats panels up to 20.00" wide at 14 feet/minute. Panels are coated on one or two side simuntaneosly with up to 320 microinches of positive or negative resists. The Model 220 uses the Gyrex RPF Fluid System with interchangable containers for resist and cleaning solvents. The fully enclosed RPF Fluid System allows self cleaning of coating rollers and simplified changing of resist.

A combination of precision ground HI-FILM rollers provide excellent resist thickness control, uniformity and repeatability from panel to panel. The coater is engineered for simple operation, easy maintenence and high reliability with various rollers interchanged in seconds. Panels coated on two sides are racked and dryed in less than three minutes using most high velocity cross-flow convection ovens.
